All reservations at Casa Nina are subject to the following terms and conditions. We kindly ask you to review them carefully before making your booking to ensure they meet your expectations. By finalising your reservation, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the policies outlined below.
CHECK-IN
Check-In time: 14:00
Check-Out time: 11:00
PAYMENT
Standard Rate: In order to guarantee the reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total cost is required.
The remaining amount should be settled upon check-in along with the environmental tax of 1,5€ per room per night.
Non Refundable Rate: Full prepayment for the stay required at the time of booking.
CANCELLATIONS
Standard Rate:
For cancellations up to 21 days before the arrival date, the full deposit received is refunded (in this case, the property is not liable for transaction or commission fees).
For cancellations between 21 and 7 days prior to arrival date, no charge is made but the deposit is not refunded. Changes of dates are also not possible.
For cancellations less than 7 days before arrival or in case of non-show or early departure, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total cost will be charged.
Non Refundable Rate:
This rate does not offer free cancellation options. The full amount is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation, and date modifications are not permitted.
PETS
Pets are not allowed.
SMOKING
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all the rooms.
PERSONAL ITEMS
Guests are responsible for the safekeeping of their personal belongings and valuables throughout their stay at Casa Nina. The property cannot be held liable for any loss, damage, or destruction. For added security, guests are encouraged to store their valuables in the safe provided in their room upon arrival.
